Interested in buying pork? Great!

Fork to Pork sells whole pigs, based on the hanging weight of the pig (no hair or innards, but the whole animal nose to tail). Two dozen pigs return to the chefs at the restaurants that supply food scraps. About a dozen pigs are sold to customers to fill their freezers with pork for the year.

Pigs typically range in size from 100-150 pounds hanging weight. You can keep the pig whole for pig roasts or to butcher yourself, or you can have the slaughterhouse butcher and vacuum-package the cuts of pork to store in your own chest freezer. This allows you to have delicious pork throughout the year. Pork will be available this year at the end of July and end of August. If interested, please email forktopork@gmail.com.
